found in rural luzerne county. mother sara is charged with obstruction and giving misleading information. without notifying police she moved to a house near quakertown. when someone goes missing we expect people are going to work with us to try to identify that person. to try to identify where she is. that didn t happen. while no one has been charged in grace s killing, authorities made it clear they continue to have questions for her mother sara packer. and we consider her a person of interest in the homicide investigation. on the abington street where the packers lived for about a year, neighbors say they rarely socialized. we didn t know them well they were in pretty quick and the kids were younger and not really my age. so i didn t really talk to them too much. authorities are asking for the public s help looking for information about mother and daughter. particularly in those days before the daughter went missing. anyone with information is asked to c ....
