Finding healing in the wake of her son’s murder has not been easy for Rafia Muhammad-McCormick. As Muhammad-McCormick navigated the grieving process, she knew she needed to find purpose. I feel like God is calling me to do something with this sacrifice, to help me not to feel as isolated with the situation, she said.
