A not guilty plea was entered during arraignment in Todd Circuit Court Wednesday for 37-year old Robert Larue, who allegedly stabbed his step-father several times during an altercation at his mother’s home on Morningside Drive in Elkton.
Circuit Judge Joe Hendricks accepted a not guilty plea on his behalf and said they would consider the possibility of bond modification at the next pre-trial hearing, which was set for June 2.
Larue is charged with first-degree assault domestic violence. Elkton police were called to 107 Morningside on February 3 regarding a domestic altercation in progress and were talking to the caller outside when officers heard sounds of another altercation inside. ....
