Davis named Texas FCCLA president Jay Hinton Glen Rose Reporter GLEN ROSE Glen Rose’s Caroline Davis was elected as the Texas FCCLA state president at the State Leadership Conference in Dallas April 7-10. Davis is the first Glen Rose High School student ever elected to the position. “While we have had many region and state officers throughout our long history, we have never had a state president,” said Glen Rose FCCLA Adviser Tayler Sullivan. “Leading the second-largest state association in the country is a huge accomplishment and commitment.” And Sullivan said Davis has what it takes to take the position and run with it. ....
