Curbie Cars closes $7 million seed round
Curbie Cars, a Saskatoon-based online vehicle retail startup, has completed a $7 million CAD seed round of financing.
The round was led by Conexus Venture Capital, with participation from SaskWorks and Broad Street Bulls. Curbie Cars will use the new funding to expand in its current markets, increase its inventory of vehicles and grow its team.

University of Southern Mississippi School of Music faculty members, Dr. Danilo Mezzadri and Dr. Dannel Espinoza, have received a Creative Activity grant through the College of Arts and Sciences.
Mezzadri is spearheading an international commission for a major concerto for flute and wind ensemble by the Spanish composer Jose I. Blesa-Lull. Espinoza is leading a consortium to fund the creation of a concerto for Baritone Saxophone and Wind Ensemble.
