Apr 27, 2021 Gary R. Fellows, 68, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday April 26, 2021 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. He was born January 6, 1953 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Charles and Donna (Dean) Fellows. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Guzzie. Gary retired in 2020 from Finley Fire Equipment where he was a Sales Rep. and he was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church. Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather and mentor to many. His love for the fire service led him to be compassionate fire fighter, instructor and mentor. He dedicated over 50 years to the community by serving as a member of both the New Alexandria and Brilliant Fire Department. Over the years he has served every office, including fire chief, became an instructor and continued to dedicate his time to the fire service. He never stopped learning and giving to others. She was presented the award by foundation chairman Jeff Greco. Also present were Indian Creek Superintendent T.C. Chappalear and Assistant Superintendent John Belt.
