Outback Truckers tonight marks its 100th episode. Produced by Fremantle based Prospero Productions ( Outback Opal Hunters, Railroad Australia) it follows the biggest trucks across Western Australia. Across its nine seasons, the series has created over 450 jobs in the Western Australian screen sector. Julia Redwood, Prospero Productions Executive Producer and Managing Director said: “I’m so proud of the show! When Outback Truckers first aired in 2012 it was the first of its kind.
