Across its nine seasons, the series has created over 450 jobs in the Western Australian screen sector. Julia Redwood, Prospero Productions Executive Producer and Managing Director said: “I’m so proud of the show! When Outback Truckers first aired in 2012 it was the first of its kind. It took us four years to get the show up and it was 7mate that finally helped us get it over the line. The success is now truly global, with millions of viewers watching in over 120 countries.” ....
