Islamabad- Pakistan on Thursday urged India to let neutral international observers visit Kashmir and assess the situation on ground by free interaction with the Kashmiri people.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri made the comments during the weekly briefing here.
Envoys from several countries, including member states of the European Union and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) visited Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday and Thursday to assess the ground situation in view of the efforts made to restore normalcy by strengthening democratically-elected local bodies.
India has told Pakistan that it has no locus standi to comment on internal affairs of India, asserting that the union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been and will remain an integral part of the country. ....

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan has categorically rejected the malicious statement by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), regarding conviction of a UN-designated individual by an Anti-Terrorism Court in Pakistan.
According to a statement issued by foreign office spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, India has no locus standi to comment on the independent judicial mechanisms of Pakistan. In this regard the only ‘compliance’ that interests Pakistan is abiding by its own statutes and fulfillment of its international obligations.

American historian Stanley Wolpert in his book “Jinnah of Pakistan” while commending the services of the Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah wrote: “Few individuals significantly alter the course of history.
