“These women are not required to sign in and would not be looked for by emergency services if there were, for example, a fire or earthquake.”
The shelter was set up by the Anglican Church and St Vincent De Paul, in the grounds of the All Saints Church on Vanguard St. It provides short-term accommodation and other related services for homeless men in Nelson. ....
