PETALING JAYA: Six new clusters were recorded in the country, with four linked to workplaces, while three other clusters ended on Friday (Jan 8). Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the six clusters are located in Selangor (three), Kuala Lumpur (two) and Sabah (one). Dr Noor Hisham said the new Jalan Klinik cluster was a workplace cluster detected in Klang, Selangor. The cases in this cluster recorded positive cases on Jan 8 through a targeted screening at a factory, he said. As of Jan 8, a total of 448 individuals were screened, with 132 testing positive, he said in a statement. Another workplace cluster, the Tapak Bina Hevea cluster, was found in the Petaling district in Selangor. ....
