New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announced recently that the draw for allotment of housing units under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 will be conducted on March 10 (Wednesday). DDA received over 30,000 applications until February 16 for the housing scheme 2021 that was announced in January. Delhi Development Authority is going to conduct the draw for allotment of flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2021 on 10.03.2021 at 11.00 A.M. onwards. The draw of allotment of flats will be based on random number generation system and will be held in the presence of judges and senior officers of DDA, DDA said in a statement.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, on February 25, flagged 25 e-rickshaws from the Jamila Milia Islamia Metro Station on the Magenta Line as part of its efforts to boost last-mile connectivity.
The e-rickshaws, called ETO, was flagged off by DMRC Chairman Mangu Singh.
These e-rickshaws will ply from 6 am to 11 pm daily providing last-mile connectivity to nearby localities like Batla House, Gaffar Manzil, Okhla Vihar, Zakir Nagar, Hazi Colony, Noor Nagar and other nearby areas. “A charging station has also been set up for these electric vehicles to ensure seamless service throughout the day.
Initially, 25 ETO rickshaws are being introduced into service from the station which will be increased to 50 in the next few days covering two more stations on this line Sukhdev Vihar and Jasola Vihar Shaheen Bagh,” said a senior DMRC official

Fares are at a base price of ₹10 for first 2 km and ₹5 for every-subsequent km To improve last mile connectivity, the Delhi Metro has flagged off a fleet of 25 e-rickshaws, called ‘ETO’ from Jamia Millia Islamia Metro station of Magenta Line. These E-rickshaws will be plying from 6 am to 11 pm daily providing last mile connectivity to nearby localities, said a release.
A charging station for these electric vehicles has also been provided. DMRC has partnered with a consortium of ETO Pvt Ltd (who will operate the e-rickshaws) and GEM Vehicles (who is the manufacturer) to run these services from three stations -Jamia Milia Islamia, Sukhdev Vihar and Jasola Vihar Shaheen Bagh.
DDA Housing Scheme 2021: Today is the last day to apply for 1350 flats, check other details - According to a DDA spokesperson, around 27,000 applications have been received by DDA and over 15,000 have paid up the booking amount.
