THE MAIL readers have given their views on nudist pastimes after naturists have planned their first ever walk across Morecambe Bay this summer. Over 100 nudists are expected to attend an organised walk between Arnside and Kents Bank on June 20. The event follows an excursion to Roanhead Beach last August in which around a dozen naturists topped up their tans in the sunshine. Some readers were shocked, some were left bewildered, whilst others just wanted to know where the nudists intended on keeping their personal belongings. After years of neglect and recent building condition surveys, Burnley Empire Trust has been striving to ensure urgent works at the St James Street theatre were carried out. The future stability of any building being renovated depends on the state of the ground below.
