This is to enhance driver and passenger safety should there be any untoward incidents such as an accident or a breakdown. Including the concierge service in the new Grand Starex’s Telematics System also makes it easier and more convenient for owners to book a service appointment. They can also use it to locate and even report a stolen vehicle.
