From 1 May 2021, all Hyundai Grand Starex MPV are pre-installed with a Telematics System which includes a concierge service. This is to enhance driver and passenger safety should there be any untoward incidents such as an accident or a breakdown. Including the concierge service in the new Grand Starex’s Telematics System also makes it easier and more convenient for owners to book a service appointment. They can also use it to locate and even report a stolen vehicle.
The Telematics System services include eCall: Automatic Accident Detection; Manual eCall: Emergency Assistance; bCall: Breakdown Assistance; Service Assist; Mobile App – Connected Security Features; and Stolen Vehicle Tracking. ....
