Arkansas man arrested and charged in attack on U.S. Capitol

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. Another Arkansas man has been charged in connection to the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6.
According to the Department of Justice, Jon Thomas Mott of Flippin was arrested May 13 and charged with the following:
1 Count of Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority
1 Count of Knowingly Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct in Restricted Building or Grounds
2 Counts of Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds
After the attacks at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) continued searching through the abundance of footage captured on cell phones during the incident. ....

Mott charged with four offenses stemming from Capitol riot


The FBI alleges that the man pouring water in the photo is Jon Thomas “JT” Mott of Yellville. Mott faces four charges related to the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
Jon Thomas “JT” Mott of Yellville has been charged with four offenses relating to the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C.
Mott faces charges of Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; Knowingly Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct in Restricted Buildings or Grounds; and two charges of Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds. All four charges carry a penalty of fines and up to six months in prison. ....
