On Facebook, TidalHealth thanked Sarah Arnett for her hard work and dedication not only during the pandemic, but every day she comes to the hospital. We’re told the first night TidalHealth admitted their first COVID-positive patient, even though it was late in the evening, Arnett came back to work and stayed with her staff all night to make a plan and support other staff. We’re told that dedication is seen every day in Arnett’s work ethic. When other nurses asked what they admired most about her, most of their answers were that she would never ask her nursing staff or nursing leaders to do something that she would not do herself. ....
