Date Time Construction starts on new City Skate Park The Marshall Liberal Government and the City of Adelaide has announced the start of construction of a new City Skate Park, being integrated into Gladys Elphick Park / Narnungga. Located on the corner of West Terrace and Glover Avenue, the new City Skate Park will create an inviting, family-friendly community hub, offering a broad range of recreational and social experiences for all skill levels and disciplines. NEWTOWN â The Board of Selectmen, meeting Monday, December 7, unanimously endorsed the recommendations made by the Fairfield Hills Master Plan Review Committee. First Selectman Dan Rosenthal noted that the selectmen had delayed action on the recommendations until a series of public meetings were held to gather feedback on those recommendations, specifically the idea of including a housing component on campus A question regarding housing was included on the recent November ballot; voters approved the use. The board also accepted a proposed amendment to the Fairfield Hills Adaptive Reuse Zone.
