Hogan Park in Midland Will Have a $55 Million Renovation Hogan Park is the largest park in Midland at 120 acres, and is about to get a $55 million upgrade. According to CBS 7, the Midland Quality of Place Initiative and the City of Midland have teamed up to make the renovations happen. The new features will include a splash pad, walking paths, a place for food trucks, and improved sports fields to draw more tournaments to the area. “It’s anticipated that there could be up to a million visitors per year to a developed Hogan Park. Those people will be coming in shopping in Midland, staying in Midland, and it will really be a shot in the arm for economic activity as well as everyday Midlanders who just want somewhere to enjoy,” said Sara Harris, Executive Director of the Midland Quality of Place Initiative. ....
