Rajneesh Kumar alias Golu Yadav, a resident of Panchwati Chowk in the Saharsa district, celebrated his horse Chetak s second birthday on Monday. Golu who loves his horse like his own child does not consider him an animal. Chetak is like a family member to him. ....
