Wicked Local The Orchestra on the Hill will be hosting an online performance on Saturday, Feb. 27, at 7:30 p.m. showcasing its new work, “Emergence.” “Emergence” is a collaborative creative journey bringing together musicians, composers, dancers, photographers, video and visual artists to explore the themes that are shaping our world. This performance will feature music, dance and visual arts. New music will be presented by Thomas Palance, Chris Florio and G. Paul Naegar. Dance will be presented by Janet Craft of the Ipswich Moving Company and Annalisa Ledson. The project would see 191 apartments and townhouses built in and around the Bruni Marketplace on Route 133. Dubbed Essex Pastures, the application to build was made under the state’s affordable housing law, Chapter 40B. That lets developers bypass local zoning if communities don’t have 10% of their housing stock listed as affordable. The Essex Road development must also set aside one-quarter of its units as affordable under the law.
