We joined them. EAST Lancs students plan to become heads of state on a regular basis after stepping into the shoes of Commonwealth lead-ers during a Blackburn Cathedral event. The town was chosen to host a meeting of Youth Commonwealth Heads of Government, which saw 80 Blackburn College students act as delegates to represent the 53 countries in the Commonwealth. ....
