Bill Reid joins Vacasa The Star Bill Reid has recently joined Vacasa, a vacation rental management company as sales executive for the Forgotten Coast of the Florida Panhandle. Vacasa, based in Portland, Oregon, which manages over 27,000 properties in the US and internationally, is the largest vacation rental company in the United States. They span over 27 states and 18 countries across the globe. Reid, who will handle the territory covering Mexico Beach and east to St. George Island, said Vacasa has a small number of properties along the Forgotten Coast and is looking to grow their market share. Reid formerly worked as a broker associate with Beach Realty of Cape San Blas in Port St Joe, after moving to Gulf County permanently in 2008. His experience as a realtor, ownership of a vacation rental home on Cape San Blas since 2002 and active owner with his wife Caryn, of Hospitality Linens in Port St Joe, provides him with the knowledge needed from all sides of the ....

A buyer purchased 3469 Arbutus Street for $2.5 million, which was over the property’s listing price of $2,395,000. The listing by Sutton Group-West Coast Realty describes the 2,385-square-foot residence as “not livable”. An online search produced a report to city council by Marina Marzin, collector of taxes with the City of Vancouver. Marzin’s report recalled that the city auctioned the property as part of its annual tax sale on November 13, 2019. “The owner of the Property (the “Owner”) inherited the Property in 1985, and it is mortgage free,” Marzin wrote. ....
