SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. â The Saratoga Springs Public Library building is closed to the public until Monday, Dec. 28, after two employees tested positive for COVID-19. This closure is consistent with the library s Business Reopening Safety Plan, according to a message from library director Ike Pulver.
