SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. â The Saratoga Springs Public Library building is closed to the public until Monday, Dec. 28, after two employees tested positive for COVID-19. This closure is consistent with the library's Business Reopening Safety Plan, according to a message from library director Ike Pulver. The announcement noted that of the two employees who tested positive, one last worked at the library between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, and the other last worked at the library between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15. - Advertisement - Neither of the employees recall being in close contact, as defined by the New York State Health Department, with library patrons or coworkers, the library's update said.
