(WHEC) A new report is calling for changes in the way Monroe County provides mental health and substance use disorder services to the community. County Executive Adam Bello released the report, put together by a 90-day task force. News10NBC s Patrick Moussignac finds out what some of those recommendations are. Although the Monroe County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Task Force was created back in September, the report was actually completed last month. Some of the recommended changes include teaching the community to use the 211 lifeline instead of calling law enforcement when it comes to a mental health or substance abuse crisis. ....
