Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, chair of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on antitrust, has emerged as one of the most vocal critics in Congress of the power of big tech. She has championed the effort to revamp antitrust law, the primary weapon we have for combating excessive concentrations of economic might.
