The annual Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce Fourth of July Parade returns to downtown Flagstaff Saturday. The parade was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The parade starts at Elm and Beaver Street and goes down to Aspen and then turns east to San Francisco Street. The parade then heads back north on San Francisco Street back to Elm Street. If you are planning on going to the parade, make sure to plan to get there early. Spaces along the parade route go fast. Also, the Flagstaff Downtown Mile races take place at 7 a.m. If you go, come hang out near the start of the parade with Eddie Miller from 93.9 The Mountain and Monica from Hits 106 right next to Dark Skies Brewery, or watch the parade near the end with KAFF News’ Dave Zorn and Bubba Bear from Hits 106 just west of the Coconino County Courthouse. If you don’t want to fight the crowd, you can watch it online on the Chamber’s Facebook page or on the Chamber’s YouTube page. The parade starts at 9 a.m.
