She pleaded guilty March 24 in New Jersey Superior Court in Hunterdon County to one count of official misconduct. That arrest led to a two-year investigation by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury, which generated the indictment handed up Thursday, Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said. Forensic audits by each township revealed Mosher misappropriated residents’ property tax payments between 2013 and 2018 in the amounts of approximately $124,000 in Harmony, $166,000 in White and $534,000 from Lopatcong, according to the prosecutor’s office. ....
