FILE Restaurants Bahamas Limited has been forced to lay off 35 employees from its KFC Nassau franchise due to the continued interruption to its operating hours as a result of the government’s ongoing 10 p.m. curfew, the company revealed in a statement released on Friday. It added that it has been unsuccessful in lobbying the government to extend the curfew hours, given that the country’s COVID-19 numbers have decreased and continue to remain relatively low. ....
