Specifically, the researchers found communities with a higher Black population had testing rates six times lower than the state average, which they argue could potentially obscure prevalence estimates. They also found that areas associated with food insecurity had higher levels of testing and a higher rate of positivity. ....

The online community welcomes all to discover their inner chef with four family-friendly classes DENVER (Dec. 15, 2020) – Judaism Your Way opens registration for its holiday comfort food cooking classes. Offering a modern and socially distanced method for family-friendly fun, the classes will run weekly from December 22nd to January 12th. Attendees will have the opportunity to create delicious meals with hands-on lessons from Judaism Your Way’s own Jewish cuisine enthusiast Amy Atkins. Interested families and individuals can sign up for one or all four classes valued at $36 each. Following registration, participants will receive the Zoom login, the easy-to-follow recipe, and the easy-to-find ingredients list for the corresponding class.
