In this Article Stüssy has teased a new collaboration with Our Legacy. This project comes just four months after the two labels’ collaborated on a graphic hoodie, and an entire capsule four months prior to that. The new project will likely be guided by the same minimal aesthetic seen in the previous collaborations Our Legacy’s Scandinavian sensibilities will inform the designs. There’s currently only one teaser image for the collab, showing a series of 15 scenic images of a man walking his dog at the beach, but you can’t really see exactly what the products are since the photos are a bit blurry. Those who are curious about the collab will have to sit tight, but based on Stüssy’s previous rollouts, that wait shouldn’t be too long. ....
In this Article Teased this past weekend, Our Legacy and Stüssy have reunited for the first time since last summer’s joint effort to deliver a comprehensive selection of elevated wearables. Graphic T-shirts and sweaters co-mingle with sophisticated tailoring and accessories, anchored by utilitarian cues and premium quality. Seasonless in nature, the co-conspired affair is realized in lightweight textiles and neutral tones ideal for midseason layering, with staple workwear padded overshirts, canvas work pants, beachy totes mingling with elements of tailoring. These range from double-breasted blazers and covered-placket coats to richly-patterned silk scarves, some mirroring the dyed treatments that appear elsewhere in the lineup. Co-branded shirts and pullovers retain the easygoing feel inherent to both brands, while hefty Vibram-soled boots reinforce the premium motif. ....

For fall he brings us back to his hometown of Husqvarna to tell another Swedish story. This one is about the intersection of teenage boarding-school kids with the local punk scene, led by bands like Asta Kask and Strebers. It’s a tale of quick improvisation, waist-tied shirts meeting eyeliner and studs, rugby shirts, moto jackets, tweed, leather. It’s also a story based on Nying’s personal experiences, which contributes a feeling of authenticity to the collection. Extending that sense of realness is the inclusion of teaser pieces, in the form of tweaked vintage moto jackets, from an upcoming collaboration between OL and Eva Jangen, a local vintage dealer. The opening look, for example, features a leather sarong and pants paired with a 1955 jacket customized by Nying. A strong start to a winning collection. ....
