The University of Jamestown men’s and women’s basketball teams both took on Mount Marty on Saturday in Harold Newman Arena, with both sides picking up a win in the GPAC.
In women’s action, Jamestown controlled Mount Marty from start to finish, claiming a 90-47 victory over the Lancers. All five starters for the Jimmies scored double figures, and Jamestown shot 44% for the game.
Freshman Audrey Rodakowski had 13 points and 14 rebounds for a double-double, and Noelle Josephson also recorded a double-double, with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Kia Tower led the way for the Jimmies in scoring with 16, and Hannah Demars and Emma Stoehr each had 11. ....
