share this District 19 state lawmakers jointly file for re-election as slate Three state delegates and a state senator from Montgomery County filed on Wednesday for re-election in the 19th District. Vaughn Stewart, Bonnie Cullison and Charlotte Crutchfield are running for another term as state delegates, while Ben Kramer is running for another four years in the state Senate. The four lawmakers are running as a slate, which means they are fundraising as a group. Stewart and Crutchfield were elected in 2018. Cullison was elected to the House in 2010. Kramer served three terms in the House, starting in 2007, before taking a seat in the Senate in 2019. ....

Trone (D), the businessman-turned-politician who represents Maryland’s westernmost congressional district, has decided not to run for governor next year. Instead, he will seek a third term in the U.S. House of Representatives. Trone announced his decision in a media release on Friday morning.
