Three Washington Cheesemakers Win Top Honors at Good Food Awards

LYNNWOOD, Wash., Feb. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Three Western Washington cheesemakers recently brought home the top prize in the cheese category at the Good Food Awards. The Good Food Awards recognize three crafters per category from each region of the United States.
Award-winning cheesemakers from the Evergreen State included:
Cascadia Creamery (Trout Lake, Wash.) – Cloud Cap

Seattle and the state of Washington are jam-packed with copious amounts of nod-worthy brews. However, one Washington beer and two Washington ciders in particular have officially been named finalists in the Good Food Awards for 2021.
Selected from 1,928 entries to the 11th annual Good Food Awards, 475 products representing 45 states have passed vetting for category-specific sustainability standards – from charcuterie and cheese to chocolate and coffee.
