The little girl died saturday after being discovered by officers inside her fathers car after a pursuit and gunbattle with at least six officers raising anxious questions about how the girl died. Reporter late today we learned the man at the center of this deadly explosion of Family Violence was 38yearold Frederick Roy miller, a disabled exmarine according to a neighbor who had been embroiled for years in a custody battle over his 3year old daughter. Yesterday a shocking explosion of Family Violence at the home on farmer place. That ended with a running shootout of at least six officers on branch avenue. And when it was over, Frederick Roy miller was dead, but so was their 3yearold daughter living with them in the car. Today police say that it appears despite all the police gunfire, the girl had been stabbed and shot by her own father according to initial reports from the maryland medical examiner.
