The Highway Patrol captain ron johnson said those disrupting the community are from out of town. I am not going to let the criminals that have come out here from across this country define this neighborhood and define what were going to do to make it right. Reporter National Guard units are now in the city protecting a police staging area, but could be called on if things get worse. Tensions in the predominantly black community have been heightened since michael brown, an unarmed black teenager was shot to death by a white Police Officer Darren Wilson last week. An independent autopsy done by browns family revealed he was shot six times, including twice in the head. Wilts have said brown had his arms up and was surrendering at time but a forensic expert who worked on the autopsy said monday that is still inconclusive. Community Health Systems owns more than 200 hospitals across the u. S. Community health says its notifying patients whose information may have been stolen. Community Health System owns and operates four hospitals in West Virginia and three in southern virginia. Only two in virginia were affected by the breach. So the government wants automakers to develop cars which talk to each other. The city had to pay out 14 million for the mass arrests. In Prince Georges County an officer was convicted of assault after police beat a nufort of Maryland University of maryland student in 2010 in a postgame riot and an undercover Prince Georges County officer was fined millions for following a Howard University student into Fairfax County and shooting him to death. The attorney for the part nearship for Civil Justice who represented the protesters says he sees the comparison between the response in ferguson to past incidents here. When you militarize a police force and bring them out with Armored Vehicles and weaponry that distance them from the people that theyre supposed to serve, then you create a very different dynamic where the Law Enforcement is actually looking at the people as their enemies. Prince georges county police chief mark mcgaw says ferguson is a far cry from prince georges, not just in this instance but in their relationship with the community. This bridge has reached about the end of its useful life. Its got severe concrete deterioration. Hall hoffman is a ddot Civil Engineer heading the project. He says there are cracks in the bridge. The steel is rusting and calcium deposits are building up. Ddot hopes to begin reconstruction in three to four months. Instead of four lanes of traffic, there will only be one in each direction.
