Right around the San Francisco area moving out of chinatown, as we head into the east bay around emeryville, were seeing steady rain into oakland. We do have an urban and small stream flood advisory for the entire area until 8 15 tonight. Creeks already seeing some overflowing, so flowing has already begun and that will continue. Ponding on the roadways, hydroplaning. When that wind is blowing and gusting to 52 at fairfield, you know that rain is getting blown sideways.
