Thanks to both of you for being with us. Let me begin with a comment made by ted cruz at cpac. He expects another Supreme Court vacancy this summer. What do you expect . The court is quite old at this point. Its been a while since weve had another vacancy except in the death of Justice Scalia. I think the white house always has to be prepared for this. Steve with the nomination of neil gorsuch, and that any mind and the minds of democrats who have to consider him or somebody else what does that , mean in terms of the politics we will face in the coming months . Letter this nomination is colored by the possibility of other vacancies. Historically, they should be doing this as a scalia seat. Whoever is nominated does not really change the balance of the court in terms of conservative versus liberal. But because of the way the base on the left is angry about the election and so forth, i think theres a real chance this will be a fight and possibly even a filibuster. Steve lets turn to jess
