Video. A traffic stop turned into a pursuit with this suspect chasing into this garage with police behind him. Police say they used a taser and he was unaffected by it. Police say the 32yearold martinez struggled with officers. He was able to break free of the officers and run into the kitchen where they were able to get ahold of him.
