Passengers in Bengaluru are frustrated with the non-functional Passenger Information System (PIS) boards and crashing of the Namma BMTC app, which were introduced to provide real-time updates on bus services. Users have reported broken and torn boards at bus stops, while others have complained about the app crashing regularly. BMTC officials have cited reasons such as incomplete GPS mapping and lack of power supply connections for the non-functioning boards. No deadline has been set for resolving the issues.
