He heard those words from several people he encountered while on his Saturday afternoon travels while assigned as a sergeant with the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office. Some he may know. Others he hadn’t encountered before. But feel that he must have a “double” out there.

Mar 9, 2021 LISBON A March 15 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Jordan L. Gainer, 32, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, as well as misdemeanor citations of permitting an operator to drive without a license, failure to display a valid sticker, failure to control, seat belt violation, two counts of reckless operation, two counts of improper passing, speeding, two counts of traffic control devices and a turn signal violation. On Oct. 17, Gainer allegedly fled from Wellsville police in a red Ford Escape, passing vehicles on a two-lane road, before continuing up on state Route 7, where the vehicle was found flipped on its roof and up against a telephone pole. Gainer reportedly was found lying on the sidewalk next to the vehicle.
