今年2月8日，深圳首先出台对于二手房的限制令，以5月市场表现来看，深圳二手房成交量3027套，已经连续下滑3个月，同比下滑幅度超过60%。
5月28日，成都二手房指导价格出台。而成都5月公布二手房指导价，只公示了201个试点小区，最高不超过4万，也没和贷款评估价挂钩。当月多数区域5月成交量较3月份直接减半。
可见，“二手房指导价”对于过热市场的降温颇有成效。
这其实与西安新房供需失衡不无关系。安居客数据显示，2021上半年，西安共登记127盘次，上线登记房源30372套房，供应量同比下降约20%。而 ....
