Kari, how are we starting out this workweek . We are starting out very warm. Weve had temperatures reaching into the 80s around the bay area. Were going to see more of the same today. But as we go through the week it will gradually cool off and were even watching out for some nearby rain chances. It doesnt look like well see a lot of that here in the bay area but take a look at these highs, reach into the 80s. Well talk more about this coming up. Mike, any issues for the Early Morning commute . Kari, for the Early Morning commute, yes. Theres something up in the north bay. Lets take a big look and were not seeing the slowing out of the altamont just yet. Maybe some people are taking advantage of the time change. Im happy to have another hour. Ive circled a disabled vehicle on the shoulder. Just a distraction.
Checking the winds, tomorrow night will be just wild with the winds hitting 45 to 55 miles per hour. Tomorrow night will be more dice y so remember that. Solano counties. Temperatures today are going to pull back a little bit. Mid60s to 70 from Half Moon Bay to San Francisco. Weekend, its going to be really hot, and were leading in to that heat today. Here is a live look outside in palo alto starting out with some clear skies. We wont see our usual start with the mostly cloudy sky. Were going to start it out clear and see those temperatures heat up. At noon were at 76 degrees there, and as we go hour by hour, all of our microclimates will have some pretty major warming going in to the afternoon, except for San Francisco. Were going to keep it cool there and along the coast while the inland areas reach into the mid 80s by early afternoon. So well get a closer look at all of our microclimates coming up. Reaching 87 in san jose, and 88 today in gilroy. So well talk more about whats ahead as we look at all of our microclimates and mike, youre seeing some slowing on the peninsula. A little bit.
