You see the officers motorcycle knocked down around 9 40 this morning, officer did a routine traffic violation, radar gun out, saw the driver was speeding in a gray 2003 yukon, tried to pull them over, went he did pull the person over, he was on the p. A. Trying to get them to come out of the car or stop. Thats when they say the driver of the yukon went in reverse, hit the officer on his motorcycle. He was somehow able to get off the motorcycle in time while the motorcycle was pinned underneath the suv. Thats why its damaged and knocked down in the way you see. At this point, the drivered tried to make another run at the officer being in forward gear so the officer fired a number of times into the windshield of the car. The driver of the car took off, went to the other side of 880, area of 8th street and royal and thats where he abandon his vehicle and is on the loose. Katsuyama. Reporter federal immigration and customs say when Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez was arrested in San Francisco thursday it wasnt the first time he had been in county jail. Police arrested him on homicide charges after wednesdays random shooting on pier 14 after kate stinely who had been out taking a walk with her father. Lopez sanchez has seven felony con vic, four involving narcotics and three for felony reentry. I. C. E. Agents took him into custody when he was released from prison. They handed him over to San Francisco Sheriff Department for an Outstanding Police warrant. He was deemed a threat to i. C. E. Took custody. The detainer was not honored. The sheriffs Legal Council says Lopez Sanchez was released from jail on april 15th. When he came here he came because he had outstanding criminal charges here which were marijuana related possession of possession for sale or possession of marijuana. Reporter this is Francisco Sanchez walking again. He walked into the wrong without handcuffs on and shackles on his ankles. He did have a chance later as the fed before and pleaded not guilty. Between the attorneys it was the discussion over the bill amount.
