Early morning. At least one fatal accident was a result of the wet weather. Police are dealing with his crash were dealing with this crash until about midnight. Sheriffs deputies say the body of 64yearold ronald sovino was found and dumped on the steps of Sonoma City Hall. Arrested this man for the murder christopher mcnat. Theyre still trying to figure out how the two men knew each other. The victims body found in a plastic barrel dumped in front of Sonoma City Hall wednesday night. Overnight, investigators were able to piece together to clues that led them to a Mobile Home Park on highway 12 where they say the victim was killed.
