Rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction of Historic Places. This event is about one hour. [applause] good morning, everybody. It is a great treat for me to be back here in charlottesville. I was born just across the street here in 1938. I graduated from the school of architecture in 1961. The first and at that time the only recipient of the newly minted bachelor of architectural history degree. Professor Frederick Nichols referred to me as his historical guinea pig, given my dismal grades in design this seems to have been a relief to him, that i had some glimmer of academic quality in my otherwise rather lazy nature.
