What were really hoping is to try and maybe find some hope, some clue, anything that might have been overpassed just by chance. Reporter it was this vallejo overpass where a witness reported to Law Enforcement seeing a man wednesday morning with a gun pulling a female who was bleeding and yelling for help. That suspect, 19yearold fernando castro, was later shot and killed by Law Enforcement in Southern California.
