Joliet police arrested Glenn Reeves, who lives in the apartment units in the 1900 block of South Chicago Street. He faces two counts of domestic battery, both felonies. The criminal complaint indicates that Reeves was convicted of domestic battery in 2018 in DuPage County. The incident that led to his latest domestic battery charges occurred Marc 21. (Mugshot via Will County Jail ) ELWOOD, IL A 38-year-old Joliet man had his bail set at $5 million in connection with Friday s homicide of a 30-year-old Shorewood man at the CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Elwood. Derrell Draper was taken into custody by Elwood police and booked into the Will County Jail around 10:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with one count of first-degree murder. On Sunday evening, Elwood Police Chief Fred Hayes told Patch that homicide victim Robert Bigger of Shorewood and Draper were coworkers at The Home Depot warehouse at CenterPoint and both men had just finished their shift and left work around 3 a.m. ....
