The meetings this week could end with a decision on whether on not to build a pipeline across the state. The pipeline would start in through 18 counties in iowa and into southern illinois. All of the other states have agreed to let the Company Build the pipeline. There have been several protests over the last year claiming the pipeline will hurt the environment. The first meeting this week is this afternoon at the boards hearing room in des moines.
